Swedish Pancakes:
Submitted by Jeromy 
 1 Tbsp butter, melted
 2 3ggs
 1 cup milk
 1/3 cup sugar
 1 cup flour, plus enough to make a thin batter
Mix eggs, milk and butter. Add sugar and mix well. Slowly add flour until it forms a thin batter. Cook on a seasoned griddle until bubbly. Flip and cook a couple of seconds more until batter is dry. Serve rolled up with strawberries and whipped cream.
